  • How do I place an order?
    We are not an e-commerce website i.e. we do not take orders online, however you can contact the shop in Limerick at, the shop in Nenagh at Please specify the details of our product and item code when emailing us, our staff will be back to you within 24 hours.   • Have Arramount Furniture Ltd got a delivery service?
    Yes, Arramount Furniture Ltd offer a Monday to Friday free delivery service within a 50km radius of our location (see our Terms and Conditions). All locations outside of this will incur an additional charge. All deliveries must be pre-arranged and scheduled with our sales team. Please telephone 061 324735/061 67440. (For delivery queries related to the Limerick & Nenagh shop).If you require your furniture to be placed in a specific room, we are happy to do so, however we cannot accept any liability for any damage to property that might happen therein as a result.
  • Do you take away old items?
    Yes, we will remove your old item’s at a cost, but this needs to be pre-arranged with our sales team at time of purchase. Price, for removal to be confirmed at this time.
  • Will you assemble the furniture I order?
    If you require us to assemble any item for you that you purchased, we can arrange to do so. There will be a charge for this service depending on the product in question.The assembly of products needs to be booked prior to delivery. All items that require assembly are clearly marked on the shop floor.
  • Can I book a delivery time?
    We operate an “all day” delivery policy, if you contact us after 10am on the morning of your delivery we can give you the delivery drivers telephone number. The driver will give you an approximate time only, as circumstances beyond our control such as traffic congestion, breakdowns and inclement weather all play a role in the time you get your delivery.
  • How do I return a product after delivery?
    We strongly advise customers before purchasing, to ensure that the measurements of all entrances are suitable for the intended purchase, as we are unable to offer a refund if the items are found unsuitable. If your purchase does not fit or suit, we can issue you with a credit note, less a 20% re-stocking fee if it is in its original packaging. Special orders cannot be returned.
  • If I buy a clearance item, what is the return policy?
    If you buy a clearance item, we are unable to refund or exchange damaged or imperfect goods where imperfections were identified to you at time of purchase.
  • Are the prices in-store the same as online?
    Please note that prices in-store and on our website may vary. This is because there may be a specific promotion running online or in-store. We endeavour to keep our website and shop prices updated and accurate, but it is possible that price variations may occur. If that happens, we will not send out your order until you have confirmed that you wish to order at the new price.
  • Is finance available?
    Yes, we can offer humm as a finance option. To get preapproval you can go online and apply for yourself. Humm will issue you with an approval number, which you can then give to the Arramount sales staff.
